Carrier 42ND is a concealed ducted fan coil unit for hydronic air-conditioning systems and zoned temperature control. It operates with a chiller or heat pump and supplies cooled or heated air through an integrated fan and water coil.

The monobloc construction supports wall or ceiling installation without modifying the unit. The range is available with asynchronous or high-efficiency EC motors, provides up to 50 Pa external static pressure, and uses a minimum G3 filter. The water coil is rated to PN16, while the enlarged condensate connection supports reliable gravity drainage. Selection should consider required cooling and heating capacity, airflow, piping configuration, available installation space, acoustic limits, controls and service access.
