The EVAPCO U-SSTME is a ultra-hygienic recirculated evaporator for areas requiring the highest level of washdown and sanitation. It is designed for industrial refrigeration, food processing, cold storage and refrigerated rooms. The heat exchanger uses heavy-wall stainless-steel tubing with CrossCool™ internal enhancement to improve heat transfer and help reduce system refrigerant charge.
The design provides service access to fans and coil, a hygienic sloped drain pan and multiple defrost options. Its all-stainless casing, welded rounded-corner drain pan and sanitary spacers simplify washdown and cleaning.
