The EVAPCO LCR-P is a factory-built low-charge ammonia penthouse package designed for roof mounting directly above the refrigerated space. Around 250 models and configurations are available with pumped recirculated liquid for low- and medium-temperature duties or direct expansion for medium- and high-temperature applications.
The package combines the machinery room, evaporator section, compressor, condenser, controls and piping in one completed system. Ammonia charge is approximately 2–6 lb/TR depending on model size.
