The EVAPCO CPA-DW combines a Critical Process Air system with a desiccant dehumidifier for precise absolute-humidity control. It is intended for industrial refrigeration and food-processing facilities where condensation, frost and excess moisture must be prevented.
Recirculated and outside air are pre-filtered and optionally pre-cooled. The desiccant wheel then removes moisture before the air is cooled or heated to the required temperature and final-filtered. Available functions include economizer operation, room-pressure control, 100% outside-air cleanup mode and ESS™ sanitation.
