Carrier 30XWHV 580–1710 is a Carrier water-cooled chiller for centralized chilled-water systems. The series covers 587–1741 kW and is suitable for industrial plants, data centers, business centers, hotels, shopping facilities and public buildings.
The unit can provide temperatures up to 50°C on the condensing side, allowing recovered heat to be used in building systems. The unit is installed in a plant room and operates with a cooling tower, dry cooler or another external heat-rejection circuit. Selection should account for design load, water temperatures, fluid quality, part-load operation, redundancy, acoustic requirements and BMS integration.
