Carrier 30XWH 254–1702 is a Carrier water-cooled chiller for centralized chilled-water systems. The series covers 273–1732 kW and is suitable for industrial plants, data centers, business centers, hotels, shopping facilities and public buildings.
Flooded heat exchangers allow mechanical cleaning, simplifying maintenance and helping preserve design performance. The unit is installed in a plant room and operates with a cooling tower, dry cooler or another external heat-rejection circuit. Selection should account for design load, water temperatures, fluid quality, part-load operation, redundancy, acoustic requirements and BMS integration.
