Carrier 30XW-P 512–1762 is a Carrier water-cooled chiller for centralized chilled-water systems. The series covers 509–1756 kW and is suitable for industrial plants, data centers, business centers, hotels, shopping facilities and public buildings.
The high-efficiency version balances capital and operating costs while reducing energy use during long operating periods. The unit is installed in a plant room and operates with a cooling tower, dry cooler or another external heat-rejection circuit. Selection should account for design load, water temperatures, fluid quality, part-load operation, redundancy, acoustic requirements and BMS integration.
